General Conditions

ESTIMATES

• Please allow at most seven business days to review and confirm estimate. 

• Estimates are valid for only 30 days.

• Finishes: Unless otherwise stated, all estimates are without finish.

• Samples: If finish is included, each piece made in our shop includes 2 samples. Additional samples are $150 each.

• Delivery: We do not provide delivery. 

• Lead Time: Lead time begins upon receiving 50% deposit and final drawing. Be aware that lead times are approximate! If we expect a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Any changes made to piece may cause a delay! 

• Shop Drawings: Estimates do not include full-scale shop drawings. This is an additional $500 each piece.

• Check: Checks can be mailed to our address LIC Furniture Industries 21-21 41 Ave, Suite 3C, Long Island City, NY 11101

• PayPal or Credit Card: An online payment fee is applied when paying via PayPal or credit card. Please contact the office for specific directions for your invoice/estimate.
